Associate Professor & NLP Research Lead
Prof. Radhika Mamidi
Prof. Radhika Mamidi is an Associate Professor at the Language Technologies Research Center (LTRC), IIIT Hyderabad, specializing in natural language processing, computational linguistics, and low-resource language technologies. Her research spans machine translation, dialogue systems, sentiment and emotion analysis, and socio-linguistic challenges such as code-mixing and gender bias in AI. With a strong focus on Indian languages, she has led several interdisciplinary and government-funded projects aimed at building inclusive and linguistically diverse NLP systems. Prof. Mamidi is also deeply committed to mentoring young researchers and advancing ethical and socially aware AI.

Dr. Vamshi Ambati
Vamshi is the Founder and CEO of PredEra, an AI company in the Bay Area. Holding a Ph.D. and Master's from Carnegie Mellon University, he specializes in machine learning, NLP, and more. Vamshi also serves as an adjunct faculty member at IIIT Hyderabad and ISB and is recognized for his influential research in NLP, machine translation, and active learning for translation, widely cited in the research community. Dr. Vamshi Ambati is an advisor and board member at RSH.

Advisor – NLP & Intelligent Systems
Dr. Rohit Kumar
Dr. Rohit Kumar has over 10 years of experience in building intelligent interactive systems, providing technical leadership, mentoring, and product strategy, along with a substantial publication and patent record. His expertise lies in conversational agents, dialog and interactive systems, speech, and NLP and a senior member of the IEEE and has authored over 60 publications. He graduated from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh, and received his PhD from Carnegie Mellon University, Pittsburgh. He serves as our advisor and board member.

Advisor – Computational Biology & Health
Dr. Naveena Yanamala
Naveena is a researcher passionate about utilizing a combination of computational and experimental techniques to uncover hidden knowledge within complex systems, particularly in the context of human health. Over more than a decade, her research has focused on applying interdisciplinary methods to address pressing scientific issues at the intersection of biology, health, and computation. Professor Naveena is an advisor and board member at RSH.

Speech Synthesis & Human-AI Interaction​​
Anandaswarup Vadapalli
Anandaswarup Vadapalli is a researcher specializing in speech synthesis, NLP and deep learning. He holds a Ph.D. from IIIT Hyderabad, and is currently a teaching faculty in the MSIT program, where he actively leads AI/ML curriculum development and supervises practical student projects. Anandaswarup is passionate about creating AI solutions that significantly enhance human-AI interaction.
